Hello everyone! We’ve had a bit of a horror marathon happening the past few weeks, so it’s about time we switched gears and jumped into a different genre – science fiction! Of course, that isn’t to say these stories won’t have a bit of mystery and suspense to them. Tonight we’re featuring two stories from the same production group, Earbud Theater. Earbud has been creating tales of the strange since it’s beginnings in 2012, and has won several Audio Verse Awards for their stories in 2013-2015. Earbud is headed up by a core group of Hollywood TV and film veterans, who wanted to show that storytelling could be effective without big budgets and flashy effects. We think they succeeded! Their storytelling is well-crafted and intriguing, and the sound design and acting are perfectly complimented by each other, both showcasing some fantastic talent in sound and performance.
