Welcome back!  We’re down to Week 2 of our spooktacular month of October, and this show we have a horror-ful collection of audio goodies to treat you with.  Tonight we welcome back to the show Yap Audio Productions and Campfire Radio Theater – it’s been a while since they were last here, and both groups have been very busy!

Listeners of MAT were first introduced to Yap Audio Productions with Season One of their “Aftermath” series, a postapocalyptic story of survival.  They have since released a Season Two as well, in addition to several short, stand-alone pieces and started a podcast.  Their show, the Audio Drama Production Podcast, recently won an award at the UK Podcasters Awards last month. Congratulations, YAP!  Tonight, they’re treating us to three short stories: “Who’s There?”, “The Funeral”, and “Captive Minds”.

And no Halloween would be complete with out Campfire Radio Theater – they were here last October to share some spooky stories, and they’re cooked up some brand new tales to tell since we last heard them.  We’ll hear two stories from them this month; this show we’ll hear “Night Delivery” – a story of a late-night radio DJ entangled with a young beauty, some obscure rock music and a wave of violence in 1980s Atlanta.
