Hello audio drama listeners! We’re back from our May Replays, as we unofficially call it. Between wrapping up the MAT Scriptwriting Competition, MAT Feature auditions and casting, the month of May tends to be a recharge month to let us get back on our feet. Thank you for waiting for us!

To kick things back into gear, we’re revisiting an old friend with some specialty stories to tell. It’s time to open some Marvellous Boxes containing two tales from Decoder Ring Theatre‘s Showcase series, both written by Tim Prasil. First up is “Frozen Words Thawed”, where a historical oddity is questioned and a reminder that history is written by the victors. After that is “Facing Cydonia”, questioning our ability to cope with new worlds and surviving astronomical odds. You probably know and love Decoder Ring Theatre for their flagship series of Black Jack Justice and The Red Panda Adventures. It’s always a treat to hear their occasional forays into anthologies and side stories – so let’s get to unboxing!
