We’re back for more relationship drama of sorts, as we find ourselves approaching Thanksgiving here in the states. It’s the time of year to celebrate the bonds of family and friends, or getting to know a stranger as your fellow man – while both appreciating and recognizing the loss we feel when we lose others. This show, it’s a little bit of everything as we listen to an interview story about one woman’s people-watching habit leads to some unexplained events in a story from The Big Loop Podcast.
The Big Loop is a more intimate look at personal stories and experiences of all kinds of people, compared to the solo-reporting style of The Black Tapes. Both series are the creation of Paul Bae; The Big Loop is more of an anthology series with a “This American Life” feel – with stories of love, loss, suspense and the unknown. You’ll notice it’s not often that we’ll have solo-narrated pieces on our show, but The Big Loop presents its storytelling so well we were drawn into it, thanks to Bae’s understanding of what makes us human. We hope you enjoy this story from this well-crafted anthology series, called “The Studio“.
