Happy December, everyone! With this month comes a collection of holiday stories – some traditional, some not – as we close in on the end of another year. This show, we’re tuning in for the holiday works of Icebox Radio Theater. Founded in 2004 and based in International Falls, Minnesota, the IBRT focuses on new audio theater and have won several awards for their production and storytelling work over the years. Icebox Radio Theater shares with us Mike Murphy’s, I’m Dreaming of a Tropical Christmas, followed by “Yens and Dougie’s Christmas on Main Street”.
Before you tune in, a quick note! Our annual scriptwriting competition is now open for submissions. We’re looking for short works that are no more than 20 pages with 4 central characters, and you can send us your submission through the mail or online. No experience necessary, no age restrictions – if you can write, you can submit! Check out our competition page for more information.
